The old boards system was suspended and replaced in August 2002, old posts and messages were held for over a year whilst users migrated to the new system. The old boards system has now been removed completely, all the old posts and private messages are gone. What you're looking for isn't here anymore! (yep this is just another "page not found" page) FAQ Where's my favorite board gone? You need to know the name of the movie you wanted to talk about. Then search for it using the box on the top left. When you've found the movie, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the "Message Boards" section, click on the link there and you are at the brand new board! Now you can update your bookmark, if you've come from another site, we'd be grateful if you'd email the maintainer of that page and let them know that IMDb have new boards. Where's that post gone? After an 18 month changeover, the old boards system has been shutdown and all posts removed Some posts and private messages from the old system were copied into the new system by users, so you might find the info you were looking for by searching the new boards system. What was wrong with the old boards system? Errr, where should we start? It was really slow, didn't integrate very well with the rest of IMDb, and was generally quite limited. But it was good for an off-the-shelf third-party system and we'd recommend it for any site with less than 13 million users per month.
